County executive Ken Ulman should not be operating heavy equipment. According to this story by Sarah Breitenbach in The Gazette, "nearly flipped a skid steer loader into a pond while trading jobs with a Woodbine farmer Tuesday as part of the county's annual Farm-City Celebration."
"Ulman, who said he was maneuvering the equipment up a steep incline when he had to quickly reverse to avoid overturning the thing, traded places with Brent Rutley, who owns This Side of Paradise Farm."
The farmer, Brent Rutley, who traded places with Ulman on Tuesday had a somewhat less adventurous day at the county landfill.
