“A Force for Peace”

According to this story by Larry Carson in The Sun, Liz Bobo has had an epiphany of sorts. "At this point in my life, at 65, the last thing I want to be is a force for divisiveness. I want to be a force for peace…"

Wow! Who knew?

Somebody ought to tell Mary Kay Sigaty and WCI about this.

Move over Ghandi, another force for peace is barreling through town.

By force for peace, does she mean the biggest tyrant in town? Her petty attempts to destroy Columbia are getting really old.

Has the term "taken out of context" crossed your mind? I may disagree with Liz from time to time. But, I've never considered her anything but civil and peaceful.

Liz has always been divisive. From her time on the Council, to CE to her work as a state delegate on Council and CA issues, she has not been the conciliatory mediator who unties those with differences. The good thing is that she has been around for a long time. I would be interested to hear people give examples of her uniting folks and taking her preferences out of the equation.
