I’m a big fan of the Bubble Man. Year round, every weekend; he owns the sidewalk in front of the Forget Me Not Factory on Main Street Ellicott City . The Bubble Man doesn’t just make bubbles with an arsenal of bubble blowers, decked out in his costume du jour; he puts on a bubble performance. Stop for a moment and he’ll have you making bubbles too.
The Bubble Man is a bona fide HoCo loco celebrity. Women and children have their pictures taken with him.
And yesterday, when I saw him in this pink flamingo get up for the Blossoms of Hope festivities, I had to take his picture too.
