It will now be torn down by the same company that is developing the
Turf Valley Town Square.
According to this story by Ben Giles in the Washington Examiner, “Greenberg Gibbons plans to demolish the mall entirely and rebuild it as a town center similar to the Annapolis Towne Centre and Hunt Valley Towne Centre -- retail and residential developments the company helped design.”
The deconstruction is expected to begin before the end of the year.
