I’ve just learned that McDonald’s has submitted a Site Development Plan for a 3,886 square foot restaurant with a drive-thru on the site that is currently occupied by Boston Market at Snowden Square. The 1.15 acre property changed hands two years ago for $1,725,000.Though it is still open, it appears that the Boston Markets days are numbered in Columbia, for awhile anyway.
