Two Blue Ribbons for HoCo Schools

Ellicott Mills Middle School in Ellicott City and St. Louis in Clarksville were two of seven schools in the State of Maryland to receive national blue ribbon status. According to this post by Liz Bowie on the InsideEd blog, this “recognizes schools that have consistently high achievement or have improved dramatically.”

Last year Ellicott Mills was awarded a blue ribbon from the state making it eligible for the national award.
