The next big money playa is Delegate Guy Guzzone with $94,677.00 in cash on hand.

At least they are serving drinks.

It’s pretty interesting…someone with this same name, probably in her 60’s or so (just a guess) went into a Citibank in Chicago just this week with a large bag of change that she wanted to have...
Nice post https://virtual-staging.arc... .

Campaigning is an expensive process. Our newly elected President proved that money can buy the office. Local politicians know the importance of the almighty dollar in winning votes. If you have the only ad campaign in a locale, I guess your worthy opponents wouldn't stand a chance. Perhaps the election process should be more fair and balanced in funding. Private funding should be changed to public funding. Of course, this is a pipe dream like line item veto to get rid of the pork and term limits to get rid of the incompetent or corrupt politicians. It's a damn shame when the voter and citizen has to worry about protecting themselves from their elected officials.

Yes, it's too expensive for many. If voters really wanted to reject the purchase of political office, they'd vote third party.
But they don't.
The third party candidates are hardly known due to lack of exposure. Unfortunately, many of them are one issue candidates.
