Worthington Elementary School “achieved a first in Howard County. One hundred percent of third-, fourth- and fifth-grade students at the
Ellicott City school scored proficient or advanced in reading. Every elementary school in the county had at least 80 percent of students scoring proficient or advanced in reading.”
