That has happened, and they still didn't get enough supporters.

Fact is, if the CCD people had $25k to do a scientific poll, it's much more likely that a vast majority would support their position.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-35921470.post-55946152502075516032009-11-25T19:09:53.827-05:002009-11-25T19:09:53.827-05:00Well I was never even approached to join CoFoDoCo....Well I was never even approached to join CoFoDoCo. I am disappointed. A little common sense goes a long way. Within a short time the name would have been HHPLGCTCS (Happy Hunting People Looking to Get the Columbia Town Center Started). Shucks that's no acronym. What about WELCOME (We Love Columbia More when Evolving) or SCOPE (Special
Columbia People Evolving) or ACORN(Active Columbia Residents for N...) or PERFECT (People Reflecting Forward...) or MOVE (Moving Onward...) or HOWARD (HH Willing to Argue Residential Development)or NCDRDCT (The New Columbia: Dreams Really Do Come True). Well forget about acronyms.
Wouldn't it be nice to see a New Columbia where our children and grandchildren have the chance to participate in dreams created by the New Columbia Town Center?
HHAnonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-35921470.post-1705866205036365142009-11-25T17:07:37.633-05:002009-11-25T17:07:37.633-05:00Anon 4:49 PM,

I was told that I didn't have to agree with their positions, I just had to believe in the Columbia "vision."

So I doubt that all those people agree with the CoFoDoCo assessment of the downtown plan. As a matter of fact, I can't even find their response to the current plan on their website.Young at Heartnoreply@blogger.com
