Have you been out there lately? It's perfect. Next to Rte. 100, close to a train station (who rides trains anymore, anyway?), has an entrenched infrastructure. It's a perfect place to build high density condos and townhouse for hipsters who don't want a lawn and don't care about traffic, but who want to buy some real estate.<br /><br />Do the new urban inner core there, and leave Columbia alone. That way we can keep all the "urban" crap in one place, and still maximize developer ROI and HoCo property taxes.<br /><br />Perfect solution.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
